Goodwill is hiring a Store Assistant Manager for their Canton, Ohio Route 62 store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at your location, in accordance with Goodwill's established policies and procedures. You will help plan and direct all phases of store operation as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum sales and profitability. The Assistant Manager is expected to follow company policies and meet budget and sales goals by controlling costs/expenses. This role also involves establishing the store as a community partner by developing relationships with customers and creating a positive rapport.
