About The Position

We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to become an important part of our team! You will help provide exemplary experience and atmosphere to every Goodwill customer through outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean, inviting, and shoppable store. Requirements

At least two years of prior retail sales experience, with opening/closing responsibilities preferred
Demonstrated ability in use of cash register and affiliated duties (giving correct change, etc.)

Responsibilities

Opening and/or closing the store, ensuring store is open during the posted hours of operations; safe, office, and outer doors are locked upon leaving the building; paperwork is done accurately, etc.
Oversee store operations in absence of manager and assistant manager and report to them any issues that arise
Train and evaluate store employees and/or persons served when applicable
May be called upon to correct EBT errors
Count down cash drawers
Ensure all cash, deposits, and cash drawers are place in safe and that safe door is closed and locked
Accept donated items in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner per store guidelines
Process donated items to produce inventory for sales floor
Follow store procedures for sales floor cashiering, customer service, merchandise handling, and upkeep
