This role leads best-practice retail recruitment initiatives, supporting both internal stakeholders and external talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on, overseeing the end-to-end execution of recruitment for retail roles, including hourly and management-level positions. The successful candidate will be open, approachable, and collaborative, working in close partnership with business and HR teams in a transparent and supportive way.
