We can show you how. POSITION SUMMARY: This team member is responsible for entering data in order to track all new merchandise in Point of Sale system. This individual will also support Retail Operations by providing basic clerical support such as routing mail, issuing requested resources and working with other team members on projects as assigned. This team member will also be the primary contact to coordinate donation acquisition activities such as pickups and donation drives. Duties will also include but are not limited to: Compile, review, and maintain data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to record inventory data into POS system or other tracking database as assigned. Purchase new or additional stock, or prepare documents that provide for such purchases. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions. Assist retail operations center departments with setting interviews up. This individual may sit in on interviews but does not make hiring decisions for other departments. Assist in maintaining expected HR documentation required of the hiring process Partner with AGM and supervisors to ensure a smooth transition from “plan” to “execution” on every shift.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent AND 1 year of experience
  • Data entry or using computerized software to track inventory
  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH)
