What You’ll Do Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, security and safety, and team member performance. Manage budgets, inventory, and merchandise planning and purchasing, to meet store objectives. Monitor sales performance, cashier procedures, and compliance standards, and implement objectives to improve. Support the sales team with complex and special orders. Resolve customer concerns, process returns and maintain strong public relations. Develop and implement employee incentive programs to drive performance. Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What We’re Looking For: 4–5 years of retail management experience. Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or equivalent experience preferred. Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales strategies. Strong automotive parts knowledge, be a genuine automotive enthusiast with a passion for performance. Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and foster a positive work culture. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Schedule: Store hours: Mon–Sat 9:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sun 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Requires working two weekend days (Fri, Sat, or Sun).
