About The Position

The LEGO® Brand Retail team is seeking a Store Manager for their Sugarloaf Mills location in Lawrenceville, GA. This role is responsible for inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the LEGO® brand's vision and values in all operations and interactions. The Store Manager will empower their team to drive sales, provide a signature experience for every guest, and foster an environment where creativity and imagination thrive. The position requires striving for outstanding results in guest experience and sales, demonstrating results orientation by meeting KPIs, overcoming obstacles, monitoring business processes, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards, and maximizing efficiency and profit through sound operational practices. As the face of the company, the Store Manager and their team will shape the brand's reputation with each guest interaction. The ideal candidate will motivate, energize, and inspire others to achieve outstanding performance while cultivating a positive, team-oriented, and safety-first environment. Requirements

  • Management experience in a retail environment
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Experience with Loss prevention and cash management
  • Experience with Recruitment, selection and training
  • Experience with Scheduling and payroll management
  • Performance management and conflict resolution skills
  • Space management and visual merchandising expertise
  • Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
