The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, developing associates, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Requirements

Strong ability to drive results while building relationships with team members
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth
Deliver a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer
Safeguard company assets and inventory
Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated by corporate leadership
Provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products, as may be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated
