About The Position
This role is for a Retail Shift Supervisor/Keyholder at Goodwill of North Georgia, presented as a great first step into retail leadership. The position involves being part of the store's management team, supervising store personnel, opening the store, and acting as the keyholder/supervisor on duty. The successful candidate will also be involved in training and coaching store associates, modeling how to greet and assist donors/customers, helping to address complaints/challenges from the team, and keeping an eye on the store's overall appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided, and as you progress in your career, you may be offered the opportunity to transfer to other stores. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in retail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred
- Previous experience in retail, fast food or warehouse environments
- Previous military or nonprofit experience
- Bilingual language skills
