About The Position

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor/Keyholder to join their team. This role is an excellent first step into retail leadership, offering valuable training, experience, and benefits. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the store's management team, responsible for supervising store personnel, opening the store, and acting as the keyholder/supervisor on duty. The position involves training and coaching store associates, demonstrating excellent customer service to donors and customers, addressing team complaints and challenges, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and transfers to other stores.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in retail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work
• Previous experience in retail, fast food or warehouse environments
• Previous military or nonprofit experience
• Bilingual language skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel
