Summary: Supervises and coordinates branch activities of Retail Services staff (New Accounts, Tellers, and Lobby Staff) in providing personalized banking services by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, and their applications.
Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assign duties, coordinate schedules, evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to ensure efficient functioning of the Retail Services department as well as present, monitor and maintain a professional work environment.
Monitoring and reporting of lobby safety and maintenance.
Assisting customers and staff with problem resolutions & special requests (wires, debit card and internet banking services).
Evaluating customer needs to suggest appropriate bank products, opening & processing all available new account types and detecting & reporting fraudulent or suspicious activities.
Other duties as assigned.
