The Retail Service Operations Team Leader is responsible for the oversight of service and operations for approximately 10 branches within a defined market area. This role involves mentoring a team to execute service and operational objectives within Huntington’s moderate to low-risk appetite. The Team Leader motivates and coaches branch colleagues, conducts audits and inspections, and participates in branch huddles. Key responsibilities include risk management activities, communication with management regarding performance, and providing support for branch incident response. The role requires adherence to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, and participation in branch consolidations, openings/closings, relocations, and merger/acquisition activities as assigned.
