You’ll represent HONOR, a fast-growing global smartphone brand, helping retail teams across Central London become confident, knowledgeable, and motivated to sell cutting-edge mobile technology. The Role As the Retail Sales Trainer, you will transition into a role focused entirely on Driving ROI and Brand Advocacy:

Requirements

• Experience in mobile phone retail or consumer technology sales (EE, O2, Vodafone, Currys, Apple, Carphone Warehouse, etc.)
• Confidence delivering training, coaching, or product demonstrations
• A target-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Passion for smartphones, innovation, and emerging technology
• A full UK manual driving licence (held for 12+ months)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product training and hands-on demos in retail stores
• Coach and motivate store teams to improve smartphone sales performance
• Build strong relationships with retail managers and sales colleagues
• Ensure excellent brand presence, merchandising, and in-store execution
• Support product launches, promotions, and sales events
• Drive results through insight, energy, and consistent field activity
