This role involves providing exceptional customer service, making sales, and repairing customer devices. The store operates 7 days a week, and employees work on a rotating schedule. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail and/or customer service experience including cash handling
Basic understanding of electronics
Ability to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies
Attentive to detail
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize
Customer service-oriented
Strong communication skills and the ability to inform, teach, and train
Team player

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service
Make sales
Repair customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices
Utilize extensive product knowledge to recommend the right battery for various applications (cell phones, trucks, recreational vehicles)
Assist commercial and retail customers with light bulb purchases
Test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more
Assist clients with their technology troubles
Take charge and provide great customer service in challenging situations
Keep the store clean and organized
Maintain inventory
