About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned Process Excellence Specialist that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! The process improvement specialist will lead our discovery, documentation and support the teaching of our retail store operations. You will be responsible for investigating improvement needs, root cause gap analysis, and creating strategies and procedures to improve overall efficiency. Our Retail process excellence specialist will ideally work with cross-functional partners as they shape and craft operating procedures to lead to the growth of our retail store operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent years of experience preferred
2+ years Process Improvement experience
2+ years of training facilitation
Ability to work onsite in office and in retail stores.
Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in process mapping and documentation / whiteboarding tools preferred
Business Process modeling training, certification, and experience are preferred. (Six-Sigma, LEAN etc)
Experience in supporting operations in a retail environment, specifically apparel retail.

Responsibilities

Work with business partners, field managers, and associates to capture business needs, understand the associate and customer journey, then develop processes to enhance the journey.
Coordinating and Facilitating process improvement projects, both virtually and onsite in our retail stores.
Establishing and maintaining our retail operations and operating procedures.
Engaging with field leaders to help identify needs to update and prioritize update schedules.
Acting as an operational process liaison between retail store leadership, operations leadership, and tech teams to eliminate roadblocks to process implementation.
Be The Expert! Epitomize process improvement champion and be the subject matter expert!
Be The Teacher! Teaching excellence in process to retail leaders and end users. Develop and deliver in partnership with our retail Learning & Development team meaningful training to support retail operations and excellence.
