About The Position

Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Retail Operations Partner to provide operational leadership and support across multiple financial centers. This role ensures compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional member experiences while partnering with financial center teams, retail leadership, and cross-functional departments. The position also supports process improvement, system and product implementations, new financial center openings, and staff training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in financial services, including branch operations and sales support.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and operational standards and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and core banking platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
  • Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

  • Expectation to be present in the financial centers 60% of the time.
  • Oversee operational compliance and performance across assigned centers.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate operational policies, procedures, and reference guides.
  • Conducts financial center pre-audits during visits.
  • Deliver training and coaching to support staff development and market sales/service goals.
  • Lead operational aspects of projects, system updates, and financial center openings/closures.
  • Produce and analyze operational and performance reports to identify trends and improvements.
  • Serve as liaison with IT, Compliance, Audit, Learning & Performance, and other departments.
  • Support risk management, security, and business continuity initiatives.
