We’re Looking For A: Retail Operations Lead Location: Chatsworth, CA Schedule: M-F 7am-4:30pm PST Pay Range: $ 20.30-$24.00

Requirements

• Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and leadership
• Demonstrates professional attitude, ability to learn basic software programs, knowledge of import/export procedures
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Consistent attendance and adhering to work schedule and attendance policy

• Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually, preferred
• Experience working with employment agencies (high volume), preferred
• Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction, preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to relay team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies
• Lead fulfillment team members while creating a positive and professional work environment
• Maintain consistent workflow by adhering to the order distribution process
• Ensure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk and printing area
• Meet effective and accurate goals set by the management team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center
• Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Fulfillment Manager
• Responsible for various data entry
