The Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the store management in the day-to-day operations of the location to ensure the proper conditions for success are being created and completed. The overall responsibility includes: Business Results; manage in-store processes; manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business-critical workflows, strong attention to detail and organizational skills to develop, implement and optimize processes Consumer experience; effective communication skills with cross-functional partners and internal store team Accountable; holds self-accountable to all Lucchese standards of performance, evaluate operational performance and identify gaps in operations Ambassador; embodies the brand and the heritage that has made Lucchese the pinnacle brand in the West, upholds Lucchese expectations for quality store experiences for internal consumers Leadership: role-model and teach our Lucchese values: Steward Responsibly, Serve Humbly, Share Openly, Celebrate Excellence, and Captivate Elegantly. Scope of job: The Operations Lead will support the front of house and sales team deliver exceptional experiences by always making sure the store is set up for success through operational excellence. In this role, you will ensure back and front of house organization, maintain data integrity and be the gatekeeper of all products in and out of the store.
