We’re Looking For A: Retail Operations Lead
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Schedule: M-F 7am-4:30pm PST
Pay Range: $20.30-$24.00
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate with management to relay team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies
Lead fulfillment team members while creating a positive and professional work environment
Maintain consistent workflow by adhering to the order distribution process
Ensure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk and printing area
Meet effective and accurate goals set by the management team
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center
Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Fulfillment Manager
Responsible for various data entry

Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually
Experience working with employment agencies (high volume)
Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction
Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment
This is a full-time position. Standard 40-hour work week, however candidate must be able and willing to work extended hours for special events and when necessary
Consistent attendance and adhering to work schedule and attendance policy
