The Operations Lead is a jack of all trades to assist in all aspects of branch activities. Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer accounts in good financial standing
  • Check on payment status of open invoices with customers
  • Run weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and make copies of invoices/proof of deliveries
  • Investigate issues that may be causing delay in payment. Follow up with internal sales team on outstanding invoices.
  • Complete daily invoice posting in an efficient error free manner
  • Gather and provide customer requested vendor certifications to be included with shipment or by email
  • Receive and validate required documentation for incoming product. Distribute to proper locations
  • Assure product received matches supplier paperwork. Check product dimensions and counts. Coordinate with warehouse receiving to receive all incoming shipments.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, check voicemail box, greet all visitors, distribute incoming mail, reorder supplies and inventory
  • Data entry, typing, correspondence drafting, office supply orders and prepare customer statements.
