About The Position

You’ll partner closely with campus leadership, energize diverse teams, and drive excellence across all retail food venues.Your mission is to deliver superior service, strong financial performance, and an outstanding campus dining experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of foodservice management experience
  • Required experience in Higher Education—including both board operations and retail dining
  • Proven expertise in P&L management and contract‑managed services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, multi‑unit, student‑centric environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Planning:Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to ensure financial success across all retail outlets.
  • Elevate Quality & Experience:Maintain and implement Compass Group quality standards in food, service, safety, and brand consistency across all locations.
  • Ensure Compliance:Uphold all company, regional, and account programs—including safety, sanitation, HR practices, and operational policies.
  • Drive Operational Excellence:Oversee reporting accuracy, inventory management, labor optimization, vendor partnerships, and campus relationship management.
  • Champion Team Growth:Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to build a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance.
