About The Position

The Retail Operations Coordinator will manage inventory, receiving, product distribution and directing of staff.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Knowledge of Inventory & POS Systems
• Experience with warehousing in a retail sales environment
• Experience managing staff and creating a team-oriented environment
• Must demonstrate initiative and creativity
• Must have ability and willingness to work long days, evenings, and weekends
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.
• Receiving of all incoming products, both physically and through the retail system
• Distribution of new & reordered products to all retail locations, including applicable paperwork
• Replenishment of product to all retail locations utilizing system reporting
• Completion of all applicable paperwork for replenishments, transfers, adjustments & receiving
• Organization and maintenance of warehouse
• Responsible for hiring and training of warehouse employees
• Complete retail location set ups for all home games.
• Assists in maintenance of all POS registers
• Assists in developing marketing ideas for the Team Shop and retail stands for games and online
• Participates in development of pop-up shop opportunities as requested, in some instances taking the lead on the project
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and solving problems and regularly communicating with staff.
