Retail Operations Associate I
About The Position
Flight Club Retail Operations Associates are enthusiastic, results-driven and team-oriented. As the face and driving force of Retail Operations for Flight Club, this role is responsible for providing an engaging and exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations. We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators and understand the needs of their customers, build long-lasting relationships and have a passion for people and sneakers. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a stock or shipping role is preferred
- A team player
- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with the necessary departments for seamless operation
- Knowledge of the latest trends in athletic footwear is preferred
- Ability to work on their feet for long periods
- Ability to lift and maneuver inventory
Responsibilities
- Ensure shipment is received and/or transferred, processed, and organized efficiently and correctly
- Intake product through drop-off location
- Receive and stock merchandise from the floor
- Move merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of stockroom
- Lift, push and pull boxes without assistance
- Pick and pack orders with adherence to process and quality standards
- Load and unload trucks for transfers or shipments
- Conduct warehouse style scans and cycle counts
- Assist other inventory functions
- Remain flexible to perform other duties as assigned
