Confluent Medical Technologies is growing! We’re looking for an Operations Associate I to join our Chattanooga, TN Team. The Operations Associate I supports both facility cleaning and day-to-day production work. This role focuses on keeping our cleanroom and facility spaces in top shape, then jumping in to help with production tasks once cleaning is done. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with PPE requirements.
  • Willingness to perform both cleaning and production tasks daily.
  • Ability to lift up to [40 lbs] and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in custodial, cleanroom, manufacturing, or production environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other regulated environments.
  • Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain our ISO-certified cleanroom following company procedures
  • Clean restrooms and restock supplies each day
  • Keep common areas like the breakroom and high-touch surfaces clean and organized
  • Track and log all cleaning tasks as required
  • After cleaning tasks are completed, help out with production work
  • Learn and assist with things like material handling, basic equipment use, assembly, and packaging (note, training is provided)
  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines
  • Pitch in with inventory, labeling, and general workflow support as needed
  • Stay in communication with operations, quality and production teams
  • Speak up and report any issues or concerns same day
  • Help out with other tasks around the facility when needed
