About The Position

2020 Companies is now interviewing for a full-time Retail Operations Admin! Do you have an eye for detail and superb multi-tasking skills? Do you enjoy problem solving? If so, you may be a great fit as an Operations Admin! As a Retail Operations Admin you would have a keen eye for detail within the sales operations department, as well as advanced administrative skills. You would be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of work produced while supporting business growth as envisioned by 2020 Companies according to business needs, business goals, and company culture.

Requirements

  • Advanced administrative skills
  • High-level Excel knowledge with V-lookup, formulas, and workbooks
  • Work within a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • 1 year administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively; paying close attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative and follow-up with customers
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Manage stress appropriately
  • Make decisions under pressure
  • Manage anger/hostility or other emotions appropriately
  • Work alone
  • Work in confined or crowded areas
  • Sit for 2+ hours per day
  • Hear alarms/telephone/tape-recorders /horns/normal voices
  • Bend at waist, occasionally
  • Have clarity of vision

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both field management and internal teams
  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive new hire experience by entering accurate and detail oriented data
  • Maintain excellent data integrity within all operations related systems
  • Manage and troubleshoot access to all operations related systems
  • Ensure new agent information is appropriately communicated to internal/external clients (uniforms, badges, business cards, system usernames/passwords, etc)
  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondence
  • Receive and send packages and general mail
  • Effectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheets
  • Maintain a high-level of customer service during inbound/outbound calls
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Promptly update data in reporting systems; ensure data integrity through audit/review
  • Accurate tracking of travel/field expenses
  • Ensure reporting accuracy
