The Operations Administrator role will assist the Branch Manager and Operations Manager for the West Division Santa Ana Branch. The Operations Administraator will work with managers and staff to ensure that administrative tasks are completed as needed in the organization. They take care of a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities for an organization, such as resolving customer complaints, training employees, and assisting management. They will also make phone calls, provide customer support, and complete paperwork.
