As an Analyst supporting our in-store business, you'll play a hands-on role in evaluating quotes, conducting industry research, and supporting monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence to grow within a dynamic, cross-functional team. The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in Boise, Idaho or Pleasanton CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations
  • Strong Excel & Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong written & oral communication skills and comfort presenting insights to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Research & Insight Development Support research efforts to evaluate industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity
  • Assist in synthesizing internal performance data to uncover actionable insights
  • Quantitative Analysis Perform market research, gather and synthesize data, and build & execute analyses to inform business decisions
  • Help develop data-backed recommendations for operational improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with teams across strategy, finance, operations, and vendor management
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Operational & Financial Support Review and analyze vendor quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreement
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models and weekly & monthly reporting
