The Retail Marketing Manager will be execution-focused and drive go-to-market excellence across all retail, D2C, and global partner channels. This role will lead the development and coordination of retail activation programs, promotional calendars, and product launch initiatives, while also supporting B2B revenue growth by partnering closely with our Sales team to produce high-impact sales materials. This includes full omni-channel retail support from brick and mortar in-store support to online retail display and advertising. This role will serve as the key partner for all sales teams - leading merchandising, advertising, promotion, and launch / momentum campaigns across the complete product portfolio for mass retail, e-commerce, and commercial segments. This position will collaborate and develop deep integration with internal and external stakeholders across Centr’s cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Creative Services, etc.) as well as across key distribution partners and retail account(s). The Retail Marketing Manager is an accomplished collaborator and communicates effectively and appropriately at all levels to influence and impact desired outcomes. This role will be deeply integrated in new product development processes, supporting product go-to-market execution at multiple phases of a product's development.
