Dr. Squatch is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager who will lead campaign execution while using data-driven insights to maximize impact across mass, club, drug, and grocery channels. This role will prioritize hands-on campaign execution (40%), supported by deep-dive analysis (40%) and cross-functional collaboration (20%). This role will report directly to the Director of Shopper Marketing and work collaboratively across all internal teams and extensively with external partners. This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, California. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $130,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
