About The Position

Internship program dates are 6/1/2026 – 8/7/2026. Interns are expected to be available onsite for the entirety of the program. The Retail Marketing intern will support the development and execution of retail media campaigns and product detail page (PDP) content across TaylorMade's key retail partners (e.g., Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, PGA Tour Superstore). The intern will gain hands-on experience building sponsored ad campaigns, creating enhanced product content (A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content), and optimizing product pages to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Basic familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart.com (personal shopping experience counts)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Eagerness to learn digital advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Passion for sports required, with passion/interest/knowledge for golf strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate, completed junior or senior year of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Administration

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch sponsored products, sponsored brand, and display ad campaigns within retail media platforms.
  • Learning fundamentals of retail media advertising and campaign management.
  • Design and develop A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content modules in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Learning how to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Upload and manage product content across retailer portals and content syndication platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with designing an Amazon webpage.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with optimization adjustments.
  • Collaboration with internal teams in marketing, sales and merchandising.
  • Coordinate to gather product information, imagery, and marketing assets.
  • Content briefing and product listing optimization.
  • Learn AI tools functionality to create the marketing automation.
