Requirements

  • Current full-time undergraduate student with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable asking questions and communicating when help or clarification is needed
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Knowledge of Canva and Adobe
  • Interest in marketing, communications, or branding

Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing, editing, and designing blog posts, emails, and social media content
  • Assist team with the preparation of email campaigns and reports on HubSpot
  • Assist with preparing for and managing marketing events
  • Submit and maintain all compliance cases in MCO
  • Open and manage Clear cases submitted to HT Marketing
  • Order client gifts and submit to compliance for approval
  • Maintain content calendar
  • Order marketing supplies
