About The Position

The Retail Manager oversees the planning, directing, organizing, and managing of all areas within the Retail Department—including the Gift Shop, Convenience Store/Gas Station, Arcade, Admin Office, Retail Warehouse, and vendor relationships. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, merchandising strategy, and leadership excellence. You will drive revenue, elevate the guest experience, and inspire a high‑performing team while upholding Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service standards. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director.
