About The Position

The Executive Casino Host is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with gaming customers while managing all aspects of the guest journey during their time on property. This includes ongoing communication through phone, email, and other electronic channels to support pre‑trip planning, post‑trip follow‑up, and long‑term relationship development. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, inspire guest confidence, and bring authenticity to every interaction. The role requires strong business judgment, particularly when making decisions regarding complementaries. Prior host experience is required.

Requirements

  • Sharply honed interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire guest confidence and build authentic relationships.
  • Strong business judgment, particularly regarding the distribution of complementaries and service recovery decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage high‑value relationships in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting.
  • Must possess and maintain all applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s) required for this position.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced department.
  • Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, and use a step stool as needed.
  • Sufficient hand‑eye coordination to perform job duties accurately.
  • Visual range must include both near and far distances.
  • Auditory range must allow for clear communication within the immediate environment.
  • Ability to climb stairs and maintain mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the property.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior host experience preferred, ideally within a gaming or high‑end hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests on the casino floor and actively participates in social events, promotions, and special activities.
  • Uses sound judgment to make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines.
  • Handles challenging guest situations with professionalism, calmness, and discretion.
  • Manages a portfolio of high‑end clientele and is accountable for driving gaming growth within that group.
  • Anticipates guest needs and coordinates services such as events, transportation, accommodations, and personalized arrangements.
  • Proactively identifies service failures and takes immediate action to resolve issues and restore guest satisfaction.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance services, and elevate the guest experience.
  • Communicates programs, services, and operational changes clearly to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintains awareness of all property happenings and in‑market events to better serve guests.
  • Fully complies with company expectations, including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and departmental goals.
  • Communicates with guests via phone, email, and other media to promote events, build relationships, and strengthen brand loyalty.
