Dealers are responsible for conducting and controlling the play of assigned games while delivering exceptional service and maintaining game integrity.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Dealer School certificate preferred
- Three or more months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Must possess and maintain all applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s)
Nice To Haves
- Dealer School certificate preferred
Responsibilities
- Exchange chips for currency and drop currency into the drop box using the paddle
- Ensure all table games equipment is in proper working condition
- Deal assigned games according to established procedures, including collecting and paying bets
- Protect the game at all times and call out required transactions to the Supervisor
- Verify the accuracy of all fills delivered to the table and sign for all fills
- Countersign markers, place and remove marker buttons, and drop marker stubs or paid‑slip copies
- Maintain constant awareness of players to ensure game protection
- Spend approximately 25% of the shift on break, as scheduled
- Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
- Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times
