Sodexo's Campus Dining segment has a new opportunity for a Retail Manager 3 at Colorado Mesa University , in Grand Junction Colorado . The perfect candidate for this Retail Manager will have a passion for customer service, and strong experience with knowledge of retail food concepts. As a highly visible campus leader, you will drive operational excellence, develop and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all retail locations. Requirements

a history of strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations

Nice To Haves

prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers in a campus environment; and/or proven client relationship and customer service skills.
