Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead a vibrant, multi-unit corporate dining operation in Rahway, NJ. As the Retail Manager 2, you will oversee the retail outlets ensuring operational excellence and consistent standards across multiple branded concepts while delivering an exceptional guest experience built on culinary excellence, hospitality, and innovation. You will lead daily retail dining operations and oversee café and catering services with a focus on high-quality food, exceptional service, and strong brand compliance. As this client is part of a Global Strategic Account, you will play a critical role in upholding elevated standards, aligning with global expectations, and ensuring a seamless, world-class service experience. Requirements

Possesses substantial experience managing retail food service or multi-unit dining operations within a high-profile corporate environment.
Demonstrates strong people leadership and team development skills to foster a high-performance culture.
Exhibits proficiency in scheduling, ordering, inventory, and product management to ensure seamless daily execution.
Maintains a solid understanding of budgeting and financial controls to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Shows strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Holds a ServSafe Certification and demonstrates experience supporting events or high-volume service environments.
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Ensures brand standards and operational procedures are strictly followed, aligning with global expectations for a premier account.
Plans and executes special events and executive dining initiatives that cater to a sophisticated corporate audience.
Collaborates with culinary, marketing, and client partners to enhance the dining program and shape a dynamic retail experience.
