Retail Loan Administration Officer
About The Position
We're looking for a Retail Loan Administration Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail loan processing function and help deliver a seamless, high-quality lending experience. In this role, you'll oversee pipeline workflow, support and guide lenders and processing staff, and provide underwriting oversight while ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank standards. You'll also play a key role in resolving complex issues, monitoring portfolio risk, and maintaining the tools, policies, and processes that keep our retail lending team running effectively.
