The Retail & Branded Merchandise Specialist is a customer service forward position servicing the patrons that are coming into the DSO Apparel store to buy merchandise. This position should be knowledgeable with the DSO brand and familiar with the items we carry.

Requirements

  • POS (Point of Sale) experience
  • Retail experience
  • Organizational and display experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Successful experience working in, and contributing to, a collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to act independently, take initiative, and meet changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting Patrons with a smile
  • Welcoming them to look around
  • Cash and credit handling.
  • Stocking merch and keeping the store tidy
  • Knowledge of our apparel and branded items
  • Opening and closing duties before and after concerts, and other times as assigned
