About The Position

We’re seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused Retail Associates to bring our world-class experience to life. As the face of Top of the Rock, you’ll help create memorable moments for visitors by providing exceptional service, anticipating needs, and delivering a seamless retail experience.

Requirements

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service driven
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency or ability to quickly learn POS systems
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company standards

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with merchandise selection and complete transactions accurately
  • Support sales goals and KPIs by engaging guests and taking ownership of your performance
  • Maintain attractive signage, displays, and seasonal merchandising
  • Restock and organize inventory, ensuring a clean, professional sales floor
  • Operate POS systems and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Support inventory control and loss prevention initiatives
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed
  • Work independently and collaboratively to deliver a top-tier guest experience
