Join Our Team in Sarasota ! Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join the vibrant team at our Sarasota Showroom. This position will be a mix of face-to-face and E-Commerce sales in the Showroom setting. What We Offer: Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development. Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact. Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO, no blackout dates. What You Bring: Previous experience in E-Commerce and retail sales Exceptional computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Ability to lift 25 lbs. and travel to Largo for training and sales meetings A friendly, upbeat attitude A customer-focused mindset Leaders is a drug-free workplace.
