About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Support the Retail Department and camp experience for guests through administrative coordination, scheduling support, record keeping, and operational organization. Assist Retail leadership and team members by maintaining organized records, supporting staff scheduling, coordinating inventory documentation, and helping ensure smooth daily operations across retail shops, coffee venues, and food service outlets. Retail operations vary seasonally with increased activity during Winter Camp (January–March) and Summer Camp (June–September). Additional hours may be available during peak seasons. Typical hours for this role range from approximately 10–29 hours per week depending on departmental needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative and operational support to Retail leadership and staff Assist with staff scheduling coordination and communication of shift updates Maintain organized department records including scheduling files, inventory documentation, and operational reports Assist with retail inventory tracking, documentation, and inventory counts Support purchasing coordination including maintaining purchase orders and receiving documentation Assist with sales reporting and department metrics Maintain organized vendor files, product records, and department documentation Assist with operational preparation for seasonal retail activity and product launches Help ensure clear communication between retail locations and department leadership Supports and participate in staff spiritual life activities Performs other duties as assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 18 years old Previous administrative, retail, or office support experience preferred but not required Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and retail software QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has minimum supervisory responsibilities - to be designated and set by the Director of Retail operations.
