About The Position

Reid Petroleum is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Administrative Assistant to support our retail leadership team and help keep our Crosby's store operations running smoothly. This role plays a key part in coordinating reports, communications, meetings, and operational processes that support our retail teams and leadership. Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to retail leadership
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and leadership communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational scorecards
  • Maintain Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
  • Assist with internal communications and company publications
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives
  • Track onboarding and training progress for retail leadership roles
  • Help organize leadership meetings and document action items
  • Maintain compliance documentation and operational records
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects
