About The Position

Robinson Oil Corporation, dba Rotten Robbie, is looking for a Retail Accounting Clerk to join the accounting team in our corporate office. The Accounting Clerk is a full-time position, working as a liaison between the accounting department and retail locations to ensure accurate financial reporting of daily retail activities. What a Retail Accounting Clerk does Review store reports and verify against exception reports Research and resolve credit card retrieval requests Reconcile store related general ledger and bank accounts Accounts payable Miscellaneous data entry & report preparation Work with store managers to resolve accounting issues Backup other positions as needed and other duties assigned Who we are Robinson Oil Corporation is a family-owned company operating 39 “Rotten Robbie” gas stations and convenience stores throughout the greater Bay Area. Requirements

2+ years accounting experience or equivalent education
Excellent computer knowledge of Excel, Outlook, etc., and ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and business processes
Solid typing and data entry skills, 10-key
Superior attention to detail
Dependability and self-motivation
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
High school graduate, some college preferred
