About The Position

1-800-Packouts of Houston helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We’re hiring a Restoration Technician and will train the right person to support with packouts, inventory, cleaning, and returns.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Detail-oriented and can follow written instructions
• Comfortable working on job sites and in a warehouse
• Able to work in wet, hot, or cold conditions
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow the company dress code

Responsibilities

• Pack and inventory customer belongings at job sites
• Safely transport contents to and from the facility
• Document items using mobile inventory software
• Assist with cleaning and deodorizing as trained
• Help repack and return items after restoration
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Communicate job status with your Lead or Manager
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
