About The Position

1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We’re hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to guide job site teams and ensure packouts, restoration work, and returns are completed safely, accurately, and professionally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in restoration, moving, or a related field
• Experience leading crews or supervising technicians
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• IICRC certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians during packouts, restoration, and packbacks
• Coordinate daily job tasks and maintain efficient workflow
• Ensure accurate inventory, photos, and documentation
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Communicate job updates with management and team members
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Support training and mentoring of new technicians
