About The Position

When fire or water damage occurs, families trust Paul Davis to restore their homes — and the belongings inside them. We are looking for a Contents Restoration Project Supervisor to oversee the packing, tracking, cleaning, and return of customers’ personal property during restoration projects. This role combines project coordination, customer service, and field leadership in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Requirements

• Strong organization and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software
• Positive leadership style with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to climb ladders and access attics when needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee contents restoration projects from pack-out to final return
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during the process
• Supervise pack-out and pack-in operations
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and scheduling
• Track priority items and special customer requests
• Document projects using restoration management software
• Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and properly documented
