The Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor who would report to the Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service in the Food and Beverage Outlets. He/she is also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs. The successful candidate will possess at least one year of progressive experience in a hotel, restaurant or a related field required. Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred.
