What You Will Do: Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift. Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out. Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant. Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient. What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience—because confident leadership sets the tone for team success. Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)—essential for ensuring safe, compliant service. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed—this is a hands-on, active role. Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol—ensures full oversight of beverage service responsibilities.
