The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The supervisor should understand the content of the menu and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required. The server is responsible for executing area setup and breakdown. The supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once it is concluded.
