Job Purpose and Impact The Restaurant Solutions Advisor – McDonald’s will drive profitability improvements across McDonald’s restaurants in the North East United States. This results-oriented role focuses on developing and implementing innovative solutions for restaurant operations and identifying new revenue opportunities for Cargill. You will build and nurture relationships with influential Franchisees, McDonald’s Business Unit Presidents, and other key stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and serves as a strategic entry point into the commercial space, with strong potential for advancement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years in sales, business development, technical services, or any similar relevant experiences.
  • Experience in the Food Service Restaurant or Hospitality industry.
  • Able and willing to travel up to 50%
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated work experience in strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, along with proven analytical capabilities to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Proven project management skills to lead complex and/or digital projects.
  • Proven influencing skills including the ability to build trust and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs into actionable business strategies to drive commercial sales.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments and business development opportunities.
  • Monitor market development activities to align with Cargill’s business goals.
  • Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
  • Promote Cargill’s products and drive brand recognition through technical expertise and market intelligence.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
