About The Position

Job Details: SALARY: $5.40 per hour plus tips APPLICATIONS ARE HELD ON FILE FOR 45 DAYS. THIS POSITION IS HIRED IN THE GOLF DIVISION OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations Process guest orders that are prepared properly and on a timely basis Submit food orders to kitchen using a restaurant point-of-sale system Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied and respond to additional requests Maintain cleanliness of front-of-the-house area Clear tables after guests leave Remove litter, mop floors, and clean service areas Provide assistance in the kitchen, receive deliveries, and restock supplies as necessary Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages. MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handlers Permit and TABC permit.
